William J. Hedden, M.D.

Dr. William J. Hedden is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he majored in sculpting and anatomy. He earned his medical doctorate from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed residencies at Louisiana State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Hedden is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. Dr. Hedden is affiliated with several Birmingham, Alabama area hospitals, including Trinity Medical Center, Brookwood Medical Center and Children's Hospital.

R. Lee England, M.D.

Dr. R. Lee England is a native of Nashville, Tenn., and attended the University of Tennessee, where he graduated cum laude and earned three varsity letters as a wide receiver on the Tennessee Volunteers football team. He received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, where he graduated cum laude. Dr. England completed an internship in surgery at the University of Kentucky and continued his surgical training at Vanderbilt Medical Center and the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. During his time in private practice, Dr. England successfully established a series of hospital surgical programs to provide much-needed care for underserved areas.

Christopher J. Schaffer, M.D.

Dr. Christopher J. Schaffer graduated from the University of Nebraska, majoring in Life Sciences, before earning his medical doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He completed residencies at Temple University Hospital, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Schaffer was honorably discharged from the Army Reserve Medical Corps as a Major and served his country in Iraq. He is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
